Kinsley built two phases of The Yards at Fieldside Village – a residential community that includes 200 luxury apartments, amenity-rich community center and parking garage.

Phase 1 included three, four-story residential buildings and a community center. The community center provides multiple amenities including a business center, entertainment area, fitness room, outdoor pool and playground. Phase 2 included four additional apartment buildings.
