Kinsley constructed this eight-story judicial center that includes 12 courtrooms, seven hearing rooms and an unfinished shell floor for six future courtrooms. A full basement level accommodates parking and secure holding areas.
This project received an Award of Excellence from ABC Keystone Chapter.
