Kinsley was hired as the Construction Manager and RACP grant program administrator for three proposed library building renovation projects.
- Martin Library project included renovations to create new customer service areas and self-checkout stations, an expanded teen center, new conference rooms, new tech-enabled areas for audio recording, improved children’s area with connection to the garden, improvements to the mechanical systems, windows, entrance and roof.
- The Kreutz Creek Library relocated from a FEMA trailer to the former 8,800-sq-ft Hellam Township building – renovated to include open service and browsing areas, community meeting spaces and seating, computer stations, dedicated children and teen program space, mechanical upgrades, and exterior improvements to increase daylighting.
- The Kaltreider-Benfer Library project is a 4,000-sq-ft expansion and renovation project of the existing facility in Red Lion to create a centralized circulation desk, new exterior signage, larger children’s area with new treehouse, new main browsing area, new teen room, more computer stations and collaboration areas, new restrooms, and an expanded boardroom and administration area.
