In 2000, The Kinsley Construction Training and Development Center was established. Our founder, Bob Kinsley, believed that if we didn’t make our people, we could never truly succeed as a company. Now, more than 20 years later, countless tradespeople have passed through the Training and Development Center, equipped with a strong skill set and deep understanding of “The Kinsley Way.” While a large portion of the Training and Development Center is focused on developing the next generation of construction workers, we are also committed to ensuring our employees are focused on continuous growth and skill enhancement through regular training and certification courses offered through our in-house certified safety trainers.
