New Patriot Federal Credit Union Branches

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (March 11, 2025) – Kinsley Construction’s Building Division has been awarded contracts for the construction of two new Patriot Federal Credit Union branches, expanding banking access for members in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The projects in Greencastle, PA, and Martinsburg, WV, will provide state-of-the-art banking facilities designed to enhance member experience through personal service and high-tech convenience.

Spring Mills Branch
Located at 5268 Williamsport Pike in Martinsburg, WV, next to the Potomack Intermediate School and conveniently near Spring Mills Middle and High Schools, the new 2,900-square-foot branch will further Patriot Federal Credit Union’s presence in the growing Berkeley County community. Construction began on January 10, and the branch will include traditional teller spaces, private offices, a welcoming waiting area with refreshments, a tech bar with financial resources and informational displays. Expected to open this fall, this location will mark Patriot’s 10th full-service branch.

Greencastle Branch
Construction of the 2,900-square-foot Greencastle branch began on February 17. Located at 200 North Antrim Way at the corner of Williamson Avenue and US 11, next to Weis Markets/former Sunnyway Foods, the project started with the removal of the existing structure. The single-story, wood-framed building will feature a welcoming lobby, teller spaces, private offices for financial consultation, mortgage loans and business services. The Greencastle branch will become Patriot Federal Credit Union’s 11th full-service location upon its scheduled completion in the fall of 2025.

Kinsley Construction will serve as the general contractor for both projects, self-performing site work, concrete, framing, drywall and the installation of doors, frames and hardware at each location. Kinsley Construction will work alongside a distinguished design team that includes SGS Architects Engineers, Inc., Providence Engineering Corporation, Stern & Associates and Frederick Seibert & Associates, Inc.
