Kinsley Construction has completed two new Patriot Federal Credit Union branches, bringing modern banking services to members in Greencastle, Pennsylvania and Martinsburg, West Virginia. These projects reflect Patriot Federal Credit Union’s commitment to expanding its Mid-Atlantic footprint with state-of-the-art facilities that blend personalized service and technology-driven experiences.
Spring Mills Branch – Martinsburg, WV
Located at 5268 Williamsport Pike, the new 2,900-square-foot branch strengthens Patriot Federal Credit Union’s presence in the rapidly growing Berkeley County community. Positioned next to Potomack Intermediate School and near Spring Mills Middle and High Schools, it offers convenient access for local members.
Kinsley Construction’s Building Division constructed the bank, which features teller spaces, offices, a break room, a work room and a security area. Additionally, our Site team developed the two-acre property, performing earthwork, paving, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, stormwater management and utility installation.
Greencastle Branch – Greencastle, PA
Located at 200 North Antrim Way, at the corner of Williamson Avenue and US 11, this 2,900-square-foot, single-story, wood-framed branch was built on the former Sunnyway Foods site, adjacent to Weis Markets. The Building Division demolished the existing structure and constructed the new branch, which includes teller towers, offices, a break room, three drive-thru lanes and support spaces. Our Site team developed the one-acre site, performing earthwork, concrete, paving and utilities.
Kinsley Construction served as the general contractor for both projects, self-performing site work, concrete, framing, drywall, and the installation of doors, frames and hardware.
The Spring Mills branch became Patriot Federal Credit Union’s 10th full-service location, while Greencastle marked its 11th. Both projects were delivered in collaboration with SGS Architects Engineers, Inc., Providence Engineering Corporation, Stern & Associates and Frederick Seibert & Associates, Inc., resulting in facilities that support Patriot Federal Credit Union’s mission to provide members with spaces designed for connection, growth and high-quality banking.
