Kinsley Construction proudly attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the West Apron Hangar development project at Reading Regional Airport on Thursday, June 25, 2026. The project includes the construction of three new aircraft hangars. Once complete, this project will support expanded aviation services, enhance aircraft storage capacity and help meet the growing needs of the region’s aviation community.
Kinsley Construction is providing infrastructure development services for the project, including:
- Stormwater management systems
- Sanitary sewer installation
- Water line installation
- Construction of two stormwater management ponds
- Milling and paving
