Project Scope
Kinsley Construction’s Building and Site teams are collaborating to deliver two state-of-the-art warehouse facilities that will support economic growth, create jobs and meet the region’s rising demand for industrial space.
The Site team is managing all preliminary and exterior infrastructure work and the Building Division is leading the vertical construction of two tilt-up concrete warehouse facilities:
A 58,000-square-foot warehouse with 32-foot clear height, 17 dock doors and 2 drive-in doors. (Building 1)
A 246,000-square-foot warehouse with 36-foot clear height, 38 dock doors and 2 drive-in doors (Building 2)
A key strength of this project lies in Kinsley Construction’s ability to self-perform several critical components of this project such as the site work, foundation installation, tilt-up wall construction and all associated concrete work.
