A key factor in our progress has been the expansion of our Safety Department, now larger than ever. This growth has increased job site coverage, ensuring real-time support and guidance when challenges arise. Additionally, safety personnel are involved earlier in project planning, streamlining processes to prevent interruptions once work begins. This shift reflects a broader transformation—from a department focused solely on enforcement to one that serves as a supportive resource, helping teams find practical safety solutions.
