Kinsley Earns Golden Hammer Award
Our Highway & Bridge team is proud to have received the PennDOT Linda Atkinson Golden Hammer Award for our work on SR 116 in Spring Grove, PA. Starting in June 2024, we replaced the bridge superstructure over Codorus Creek Tributary, completed a full-depth reconstruction, applied a bituminous overlay, and installed updated guide rails and signage. The project, originally set to finish in May 2025, was completed six months ahead of schedule in November 2024.
This award recognizes excellence in timely delivery, budget compliance, quality, innovation and overcoming challenges. We’re honored by this recognition and thank PennDOT for their partnership as we continue delivering construction done right.
