Kinsley Construction attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Westminster Rescue Mission’s new Recovery Home for Moms and Their Children on Friday, July 10, 2026. The ceremony brought together state and local leaders, agency partners and community supporters to celebrate the collaboration that made this project possible and to preview the home prior to welcoming families.
Serving as the general contractor, we converted an existing 4,000-square-foot residence into a commercial facility supporting addiction recovery, including seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, a counseling office and shared common living spaces.
Our scope of work includes:
- ADA ramp construction
- Drywall and flooring installation
- Wood floor refinishing
- Millwork
- Security camera and fire alarm rough-ins
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Doors, frames, and hardware
- Toilet accessories, fire extinguishers and signage installation
- Fire alarm and camera programming
