Kinsley Construction is proud to be recognized by the County Engineers Association of Maryland (CEAM) with two Outstanding Project Awards.
Our team earned the Large Project of the Year Award for work at the Cecil County Central Landfill. The project included moving 92,000 cubic yards of earth, installing 6,200 linear feet of leachate collection and gas management piping and constructing a 12.5-acre cell.
We also received the Medium Project of the Year Award for our work at the , which involved demolishing the existing concrete bridge and constructing a new 51-foot-long precast, prestressed concrete beam bridge.
These awards recognize projects and teams that excel in meeting citizens’ needs, managing costs efficiently, and creatively leveraging county staff and resources. We’re honored to receive this recognition and to have participated in the 2025 CEAM fall conference.
