Kinsley Construction Transforms Former Parking Authority Offices into Vibrant Community Space
LANCASTER, Pa. (March 6, 2026) – Kinsley Construction is pleased to announce the completion of renovations to the former Lancaster Parking Authority offices at 111 N. Prince St., Lancaster.
The project consisted of a complete interior demolition and renovation of the existing office space, transforming it into a modern, 2,800-square-foot, multi-functional environment. The revitalized space will now serve as the new gallery and retail shop for Curio. Gallery & Creative Supply, along with dedicated space for the Prince Street Parking Garage maintenance staff.
Kinsley Construction served as the general contractor for the project and partnered with MAROTTA/MAIN Architects to reimagine the space and deliver a functional, welcoming addition to Lancaster City’s downtown corridor.
